Callie Dunn, a doctoral student in clinical psychology, received a Dissertation Research Award from the Science Directorate of the American Psychological Association.

Diana Guercio, a doctoral student in audiology, received a 2012 Empowering People Scholarship from the American Academy of Audiology Foundation.

Jenna Dietz, a doctoral student in clinical psychology, received a predoctoral grant from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. She also received the American Psychological Foundation’s 2012 Benton-Meier Neuropsychology Scholarship.

Isaac Sia, a graduate student in the rehabilitation science and public health programs, won the third-place award for Best Overall Poster Presentation at the Dysphagia Research Society’s 2012 meeting.

Kelsey Thomas, a doctoral student in clinical psychology, received UF’s Leighton E. Cluff Aging Research Award.

Yi Zhang, a master’s student in biostatistics, received the student award in the poster presentations category at the Florida Chapter of the American Statistical Association’s 2013 annual meeting

UF’s Graduate Chapter of the National Student Speech, Language and Hearing Association won the Silver Award from the national organization for the third consecutive year.
