James Hall III, Ph.D., a professor in the department of speech, language, and hearing sciences, received a Distinguished Achievement Award from the American Academy of Audiology.

 

 

David Janicke, Ph.D., an associate professor in the department of clinical and health psychology, was awarded Fellow status from the American Psychological Association’s Division 54, the Society of Pediatric Psychology.

 

Dorian Rose, Ph.D., P.T., a research assistant professor in the department of physical therapy, received the Dorothy Briggs Memorial Scientific Inquiry Award from the American Physical Therapy Association.

 

John Rosenbek, Ph.D., a professor in the department of speech, language, and hearing sciences, has been awarded the Kawana Award for Lifetime Achievement in Publications from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

 

Ronald Rozensky, Ph.D., a professor in the department of clinical and health psychology, received the American Psychological Association’s 2011 Award for Distinguished Professional Contributions to Institutional Practice.

 

Several college employees were honored by the UF Health Science Center for their years of service. 30 years of service: Idella King and Dina Willis; 25 years: Janice Ogwada; 15 years: Anne Shirley and Michael Wrenne; 10 years: Mary Bancroft, Aaron McEnery, Margaret Odom Renner and Kimberly Rovansek; 5 years: Lilliana Bell, Ann Daugherty, Danean Ermentrout, Amanda Gillis, Gisella Gonzales, Francyne Greenberg and Tina Lacy.
